Operations Associate

Kiran Pandey juggles a variety of tasks within CHF, however, she is primarily responsible for the end-to-end implementation of the CHF HRIDAAN Program which focuses on financially assisting underprivileged children diagnosed with CHD. After diagnosis, Kiran registers the child under CHF HRIDAAN. The registration is then followed by document verification, hospital admission and budget allocation. Post patient discharge, Kiran takes care of patient follow-ups by scheduling routine check-ups. She also directly coordinates with the founder and trustee, Dr Vikas Kohli and the COO, Ms. Sunita Halkar Shalla, whenever required.

From managing the organization's financial records, processing financial transactions to ensuring compliance with financial regulations, she is the financial backbone of the organization.
