Making policies and decisions

Child heart Foundation from the inception has worked on a collective and collaborative approach, we have all the required policies in place.

Executive Members

The board of trustees which has selected the executive members which includes the President, Secretary and Treasurer.

Board of Trustees

These are all professionals and parents of children who had a brush with the disease. The board holds a meeting quarterly to review the programs and processes. They have set the vision and are not involved in the day to day operations of the Foundation. Audit reports are discussed with the board of trustees.

Advisory Board

This comprises of technically competent people from diverse backgrounds and expertise. They meet the board of trustees once a year.

Project management & Monitoring system

Project management and monitoring system in Child Heart Foundtaion comprises of a systematic and well laid down processes. These are as follows:

People Management

Our people are our assets, Child Heart Foundation believes in a diversity and participatory work culture. Appraisal and review system is conducted once/ twice a year in a democratic way to identify the future leaders of the organisation.
